Wood pulp comes from softwood trees such as spruce, pine, fir, larch and hemlock, and hardwoods such as eucalyptus, popular, aspen and birch.
Raw Material to Paper Mill
Right before the paper-making process, wood pulp & the pulp from recycled paper goods is sent to the paper mill.
At the Mill
1. Pulp is washed, refined & cleaned, then turned into slush.
2. Dyes, coatings & additives are mixed in.
3. Most of the water removed from paper web.
4. Web is run through heated dryer rollers for finished paper roll.

Located 30 miles west of Chicago in Carol Stream, Illinois. Danco’s 120,000 sq. ft. facility converted over 67 million lbs. of paper in 2017.
With Danco’s embossing capability, we can take any flat paper through the indenting process creating a paper product with higher bulk & pliability.

Paper Rewinding Machine
Rewinder slits and/or rewinds smaller rolls from one larger roll. Danco’s production lines are fast & efficient with these high-speed converting machines.
Our skids are 40” wide by 48” long. Orders can be bundled in kraft paper, batched in cartons and single items can be packed into individual boxes.
